Title: Accounting Intern - Fall 2026 Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Location Onsite Status Type Full Time Qualifications Required High School diploma or GED Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Position requires being physically present on the premises during regular company hours or as approved by management Preferred Previous internship or related experience in accounting or finance Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP) Skills & Competencies Ability to interact in a professional manner with internal and external customers of Enable Injections Ability to take direction from supervisors and adjust to changing work targets Desire to work in a constantly changing, dynamic work environment Good time management skills Ability to follow defined procedures Ability to collaborate and maintain cooperative work relationships with others Ability to adapt to change and handle unexpected situations with close guidance Ability to stay focused on tasks, organize, compare, interpret basic data, and assess problems with guidance Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time Ability to constantly operate a computer and other office equipment, such as printer, telephone, etc. Ability to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Ability to operate lab instrumentation and equipment Ability to lift and move 20 lbs Responsibilities Support the purchasing, accounts payable and receivable processes Assist in reconciling general ledger accounts and resolving any discrepancies Assist in the preparation of journal entries related to monthly General Ledger activity and adjusting journal entries Analyze and research financial information pertaining to statements of operations, assets, liabilities, and capital Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed Follow department and company policies and procedures Other tasks as assigned by management Nearest Major Market: Cincinnati #J-18808-Ljbffr Enable Injections, Inc.
