Associate Business Manager, Off Price Retail

Position Overview

The Associate Business Manager keeps the operational side of our sales accounts running smoothly. This role is built for a highly organized person who stays on top of orders, documentation, timelines, and follow ups, and who makes sure every buyer's request is tracked and completed. You will work alongside our Business Managers and coordinate with Product Development, Marketing, Creative, Order Management, and Purchasing to keep accounts accurate and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Track all buyer requests and follow up items from meetings
• Maintain a project tracker for open account initiatives
• Follow up with internal teams to keep projects on schedule
• Manage product development timelines through final delivery
• Prepare buyer presentations and status recaps
• Communicate with buyers on orders, samples, and project updates
• Process quotations, purchase orders, and order entry in Oracle
• Complete item setups and retailer documentation
• Track samples and shipments
• Resolve chargebacks, deductions, and order issues
• Maintain account records, pricing files, and reports

Qualifications & Requirements

• On site in Los Angeles, Monday through Friday
• 1 to 3 years in sales support, account coordination, or project coordination
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple deadlines at once
• Comfortable following up with internal teams
• Professional written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude)
• ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
• Retail account experience (mass, specialty, or off price) a plus
