Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Duties

• Pick and pack products accurately based on customer orders
• Assemble and label boxes for shipment
• Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and barcode scanners
• Organize and stock products in designated warehouse locations
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and order fulfillment goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
