We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Toledo. If you enjoy working with people, delivering outstanding customer service, and achieving sales goals in a retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Welcome customers and provide a positive shopping experience.
Learn about customers' needs and recommend products and services that best meet those needs.
Build lasting customer relationships through honest, knowledgeable service.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about current promotions.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + commission + performance-based bonus opportunities

Qualifications

Retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Schedule

Full-time
Weekend and evening availability may be required.
