Job Description AVP/Director, ERM Actuary Boston, MA (On-site) Ready to make an impact beyond traditional actuarial work? A leading global P&C insurer is seeking a Senior ERM Actuary to help drive enterprise risk strategy, casualty accumulation analytics, emerging risk research, and executive reporting across a complex worldwide portfolio. This is a highly visible opportunity to work directly with senior leadership while influencing decisions around casualty risk, cyber exposure, climate risk, AI, and other emerging threats. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise casualty and professional liability accumulation analytics including data pipeline development and visualization Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions and translate findings into actionable insights Model complex reinsurance structures and support risk transfer strategies Drive risk assessment processes across domestic and international business units Prepare and present ERM reporting to senior leadership, regulators, and rating agencies Qualifications 5+ years of casualty or professional liability insurance/reinsurance experience ACAS/FCAS preferred Experience with risk analytics, reinsurance, or ERM Strong communication and project leadership skills Interest in automation, data analytics, and AI-driven process improvement Comp Range $172 - 245k base + bonus If you're looking for a strategic role that blends actuarial expertise, risk management, and executive exposure, we'd love to connect.
