Now Hiring: P-3 Certified Preschool Teacher
Location: The Learning Depot – Trenton, NJ
Full-Time | Ages 3–5 | Creative Curriculum Based

What You'll Do:Design and lead daily lessons using Creative Curriculum , fostering literacy and foundational skills
Build a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom where children feel seen, heard, and supported
Promote social, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate, play-based learning
Track and assess children’s progress through observations and tools aligned with state standards
Partner with families to support each child’s growth both in school and at home
Tailor your teaching to meet the needs of all learners — including those with special needs
Stay current on best practices through ongoing professional development
(Optional) Use Montessori-inspired practices to build independence and encourage self-guided learning
Candidates must have experience using the Creative Curriculum in an early childhood classroom setting.
A P-3 Certification or Certificate of Eligibility (Preschool through 3rd Grade)
At least 1 year of lead teaching experience in an early childhood setting
An associate or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
A deep love for working with preschoolers and helping them shine
Communication skills that are as warm as they are effective — with both children and adults
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus!
