Responsibilities Provide support to Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to products and services. Ensure clear communication, delivering detailed information and resolving customer issues with a friendly and professional demeanor. Document all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system for quality assurance and future reference. Collaborate with team members and internal departments to facilitate efficient problem resolution and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to assist customers effectively. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your service capabilities and product knowledge. Fluency in Norwegian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is desirable. Experience in customer service is preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing outstanding support to customers. Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
