Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with one weekend day assigned at the facility, occasional travel to a nearby location for screens or follow-up care for long-term care patients
• Required Qualifications: Valid Hawaii Physical Therapist (PT) license, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, at least 1 year of acute care experience (within the last 5 years), no pending license or certifications, minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires a Hawaii PT license and BLS certification. Candidates must be prepared for potential travel within the area for patient care needs.
