POSITION OVERVIEW
Seeking an Actimize SAM Specialist to join our Risk and Compliance Technology organization, reporting to the Director of Financial Crimes Compliance. You will solve critical compliance challenges by configuring, supporting, and optimizing NICE Actimize Suspose Activity Monitoring (SAM) environments to detect financial crimes effectively while minimizing false positives. You will bridge complex regulatory rules and technical system configurations to safeguard enterprise operations.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Configure and support NICE Actimize SAM applications to align with enterprise risk-based AML programs.
• Troubleshoot Actimize configuration, workflow, and processing issues to ensure continuous monitoring integrity.
• Assess new AML requirements and translate regulatory mandates into actionable system rules and logic.
• Execute false-positive reduction initiatives and tune transaction monitoring scenarios to enhance alert quality.
• Oversee and support alert investigation and case management processes across compliance operations.
