HVAC Technician - ServiceAs an HVAC Technician - Service, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems. Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role. Valid HVAC technician license/certification. Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems. Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload. Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Interpersonal Qualifications: Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships.
