We are actively seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Vicksburg, Mississippi for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients improve mobility, restore function, and enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory requirements

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Active Physical Therapist License
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical and communication skills
