Senior Litigation Associate/Partner

The Merker Group is working with a premier boutique law firm to find a Senior Litigation Associate or Partner-level attorney to join their Los Angeles office. This firm offers a hybrid work policy and very competitive compensation, as well as a very manageable billable hour requirement.

This role is open to senior associates or junior-level partner attorneys (no portable work is required).

Candidate Qualifications:

• 8+ years of strong litigation experience, including all phases of discovery (drafting and responding to pleadings, motion practice, and handling court appearances).
• Able to supervise litigation matters from inception through trial.
• First or second chair trial experience is preferred.
• Background in real estate litigation matters and/or shareholder/partner disputes is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and stay on top of deadlines, and strong expertise in communicating and managing client relationships.
• Prior Am Law 100, 200, or boutique litigation law firm experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• JD and active CA Bar license.
• Limited career moves.
