Level III Helpdesk / Jr. Systems Administrator

Cybertek MSSP is seeking a Level III Helpdesk / Jr. Systems Administrator to join our growing managed services team in New Albany, Indiana. In this role, you’ll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground technical resource for a portfolio of client sites across the Louisville metro area — maintaining Microsoft‑centric environments, supporting end users at remote locations, and delivering the proactive, high‑quality service Cybertek clients depend on.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the escalation point for Tier 1/2/3 helpdesk tickets across the client portfolio via PSA tooling Administer and support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenants Travel to client sites to perform on‑site support and end‑user device troubleshooting Administer Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive Support hardware and software configurations and deployments Assist with client onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure assessments Maintain accurate client documentation in IT Glue or equivalent platform Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours critical incident response Contribute to automation using PowerShell for routine admin tasks and reporting

REQUIREMENTS

2–4 years of helpdesk or MSP support experience, with Tier 2/3 escalation ownership Strong proficiency with Windows Server and Windows 10/11 administration Experience with Microsoft 365 admin center and core M365 services Working knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID and hybrid identity Active Directory: users, OUs, GPOs, DNS, DHCP PowerShell scripting for automation and bulk tasks Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client site visits Strong communication skills — comfortable working with end users of all technical levels

PREFERRED

Microsoft certifications: MS-102, AZ-104, MD-102, or equivalent Experience with RMM platforms Familiarity with PSA tools Microsoft Intune / endpoint management experience Exposure to BCDR solutions: Datto, Acronis, or Veeam Networking fundamentals: VLANs, VPNs, firewall administration CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
