Shift Manager

Job Summary Shift Manager at McDonald’s restaurant – responsible for leading shifts, ensuring quality service, safety, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts every week, providing leadership to crew and other managers. Plan for each shift and monitor performance during the shift. Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards, including food safety, quality, service, cleanliness, and security. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager. Help assigned departments meet their goals and achieve targets during shifts. Manage crew, inventory, scheduling, training, and daily maintenance. Required Qualifications At least 18 years old. Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
