Southern Health Partners is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse Medical Team Administrator to oversee and coordinate healthcare services at the Meriwether County Jail. This position is perfect for a nurse who enjoys organization, autonomy, and collaboration. While you'll serve as the facility's medical team administrator, this role focuses on coordinating care and ensuring quality services rather than supervising employees.
