A well-established facility located near Redding, California, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its exceptional team. Join a team with an outstanding leadership team and work with other healthcare professionals dedicated to providing high-quality patient care.

Pay: $113,000 - $154,000/annually

Physical Therapist Opportunity:

• Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
  
• Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Complete patient assessments to develop and implement an individualized care plan
  
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the patient, family, and care team
  
• Provide skilled, goal-oriented physical therapy while maintaining an ongoing assessment of the patient to make any changes to the care plan as necessary
  
• Maintain all records and reports per regulatory guidelines and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
  

Physical Therapist Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  
• Must have an active PT License in the State of California or be eligible to obtain one
  
• Previous Physical Therapy experience is a bonus
