Warehouse and Production Supervisor

Action Mail is a family‑owned printing, mailing, and fulfillment company based in Escondido, California (San Diego area). We are looking for a Warehouse and Production Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities Properly organize the warehouse to ensure all material is accessible, countable and identifiable. Pull material and load for daily deliveries. Review and document inventory counts to ensure accuracy within the warehouse. Complete auditable records: packing slips, pick lists and job close‑out paperwork. Fulfill orders, boxing and labeling. Use computer software system to issue and receive material. Supervise a team of 2–4 people. Set daily production schedules. Schedule: 40‑hour week, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. Requirements Must be able to handle/lift materials weighing up to 50 lb. Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success. Ability to motivate and manage a team. Familiarity with order entry and shipping software. Ability to drive a 24‑ft box truck and must possess a valid driver’s license. Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and shrink wrapper machines. Must have a forklift certificate.
