About Our Client
Our client is a nationally respected construction firm founded in the 1800s with operations across the country and a Florida presence dating back to 1978. The West Palm Beach office delivers aviation, education (K-12 and higher ed), municipal, hospitality, senior living, historic renovation, laboratory, religious, and golf/clubhouse projects with a consistent repeat-client base.
Job Description
- Support Project Managers with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors and maintain project reporting
- Participate in owner and consultant meetings
- Ensure compliance with schedule and contract requirements
The Successful Applicant
- Experience with an established General Contractor
- Hands-on experience with RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Motivated to grow into a long-term PM role
