Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $75.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks - traveler can be called off for 1, 10-hour shift per 2 weeks
• On-Call Required: Yes - 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 18:00 - Monday at 07:30)
• Weekend Required: Yes - on call, and approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week
• Travel Requirements: Not required
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Cath Lab RN travel contract position at an acute hospital facility in Anchorage, AK. The facility is a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma Center and USNWR Best Hospital in Alaska with 407 total staffed beds. First-time travelers are accepted for this assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide registered nursing care in the Cath Lab setting
• Float within scope to meet facility needs - may float to EP or IR as required
• Fulfill on-call obligations of 1 day per week and 4th/5th weekend (Friday at 18:00 - Monday at 07:30)
• Work approximately 1 Saturday per month as part of the scheduled 4 shifts/week

Education Requirements

• AK RN License required (pending AK license accepted; must have license in hand for Auto Offer)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience required

• Pending AK RN license is accepted; however, license must be in hand for Auto Offer
• RTO Restrictions: Time off approved on an individual basis upon offer. Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment.
