Job Full Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Individual will use various painting techniques that will include but are not limited to powder coat and wet paint spraying.


- Material preparation such as, cleaning, masking, among other techniques is required.


SCHEDULE: Mon- Thurs. 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (possible overtime on Fridays)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare parts for coating
- Operate powder coating equipment including guns, hoppers and booth collection systems
- Observe machine gauges and equipment operation to detect defects
- Ensure safety guidelines are being met to assure a safe work environment
- Clean and maintain equipment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience production painting and/or working in a manufacturing setting strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. when required.
- To perform the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk and reach with hands and arms.
