Scheduled clinical hours plus call coverage
10-15 patients per shift
Physician needed to assist with call coverage and echocardiogram interpretation
Admissions required

Call coverage for clinic call responsibilities

30-minute response time required
Approximately 15 phone consults
15-20 patients seen while on call
5% callback rate
5-10 admissions

Requirements
Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
Active New Mexico license required
ABLS
ACLS
ATLS
BLS
PALS

Assignment Details
Stroke-certified hospital
50 beds in department
Trauma Level III facility
Provider will supervise Advanced Practice Providers
Support staff includes 2 RNs, 1 PA/NP, and 1 office staff
