You are comfortable moving between the warehouse floor and the executive table, asking good questions, challenging established processes when appropriate, and bringing structure to complex operations. You enjoy developing managers. You bring urgency without creating unnecessary chaos and can balance immediate operational demands with thoughtful, longer-term planning.
