Field Sales Representative
Target earnings: $55K - $100K + (base salary + uncapped commissions) benefits + 401K + PTO + paid holidays
Sales Focus Inc. is hiring field sales representatives to sell A3 smart home security systems directly to homeowners. This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities. Compensation
- Base pay + uncapped commission
- On-target earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+
- Bi-weekly pay

What You'll Do
- Speak with homeowners about smart home security systems
- Educate customers on available solutions
- Help homeowners select the right system
- Close sales and schedule installations
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfortable working in residential neighborhoods
- Reliable transportation
No prior sales experience required. Training provided.
