Pleater Operator
Location: Houston, TX 77066
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Pleater Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating equipment used in the pleating process while maintaining quality standards and production efficiency.
Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Responsibilities- Operate pleating equipment and production machinery
- Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Perform basic machine checks and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Assist with additional production duties as needed
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Four weeks of paid training
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Candidates must successfully complete training before transitioning to their assigned schedule.
