Pay Rate or Salary Range: $20 - $25/hr. Location: Healdsburg, CA 95448 Job Code: JPC-12166 Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Electro-mechanical Assembler to work on-site with our client, a global aerospace and defense company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Operates and maintains stations to assemble, align, and adjust fabricated parts, components, or units according to specifications and follows established manufacturing procedures.
• Uses hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing assembly line equipment to assemble units.
• Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to ensure all components meet tolerances, product specifications, and quality standards.
• May repair or refit parts or units that fail tests or tolerance levels.
• Keeps daily assembly production records.
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Vocational/Technical Training preferred
• 1-3 years relevant experience
• General knowledge of assembly, calibration, component installation, soldering, troubleshooting, and functional testing.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects.
