Gastroenterology Opportunity In Nags Head, North Carolina

ECU Health Physicians and Outer Banks Health Gastroenterology, in partnership with the Outer Banks Health Medical Group, are seeking a board eligible/board certified gastroenterologist to start a new practice located in Nags Head, North Carolina. New graduates are encouraged to apply. This unique opportunity offers the ability to work and live in one of the top-rated coastal locations in the United States. The Outer Banks offers 175 miles of stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and ample opportunities for fishing, boating and exploration on the barrier islands of North Carolina. Employment by ECU Health Physicians in partnership with Outer Banks Health
Privileges at the Outer Banks Health Hospital
Opportunity due to expansion of services due to an increased need for access to GI care in The Outer Banks
Ambulatory and inpatient responsibilities
Unique opportunity to start a new practice with full practice support provided by the largest health system in eastern North Carolina
Built-in referral network from Outer Banks Health primary care and general surgery practices
Clinic will be located within the Outer Banks Hospital
Procedures will include colonoscopies, EGDs and related procedures
Monday-Friday 8a-5p schedule will include seeing patients in an outpatient clinic as well as 1-2 procedure days per week
Schedule includes 36 patient contact hours per week with the option of a 4 day work week
Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package to include: annual CME stipend, relocation, vacation, sick, & holidays, malpractice (with tail), 401k matching program/ 457b, medical, dental & vision, disability & life insurance
In addition to a competitive compensation and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, income guarantees, and residency/fellowship paid commitment stipends
