• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm schedule with call coverage
• 2nd call / backup -- 1:5 call ratio
• In clinic 2 days per week -- remainder in OR, rounding, consults
• 18 patient encounters per clinic shift -- trauma 6+
• 1 - 2 admissions per shift
• Rounding assigned patients
• Hospital privileges required
