A full-time contract opportunity is available for experienced and early-career Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), with several positions open for the upcoming academic year. Open to Clinical Fellows: Recent graduates (CFYs) are encouraged to apply-supervision will be provided for those completing the Clinical Fellowship requirement.


Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before the start date)
• Current or pending educator certificate for schools
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued, but not required
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech/language therapy to students (caseload details and assigned schools TBD)
• Assess students' communication abilities using standardized tools and observation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation as required by state and school guidelines
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school community
