Data Scientist

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to support workforce strategy initiatives by analyzing raw HR data and delivering actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in advanced analytics, survey design, and statistical modeling, with a strong ability to translate complex data into executive-level dashboards and strategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analyze raw data from HR systems, including Workday, to support workforce strategy and planning. Design and implement advanced analytics solutions, including survey methodologies and statistical models. Consolidate and process large volumes of unstructured data from diverse sources. Build and maintain data pipelines to track, measure, and provide insights into workforce trends. Develop dashboards and visualizations to support executive decision-making. Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics. Proficiency in designing surveys and conducting statistical analysis and modeling. Strong experience in handling unstructured data and integrating data from multiple sources. Proven ability to build dashboards that provide strategic insights for leadership.
