Lead Hvac Service Technician

Swann Mechanical is a family-owned and family-operated residential HVAC company known for top-tier workmanship, professionalism, and the ability to service specialty and advanced systems most contractors won't touch. We are searching for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician with strong diagnostic ability, excellent communication skills, and the drive to represent our family business at a high level.

The Lead Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide spectrum of HVAC equipment including specialty systems, communicating platforms, geothermal applications, and high-rise mechanical setups. This role requires a technician with exceptional problem-solving ability and experience across multiple disciplines within HVAC technology. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, customer-focused, and capable of leading complex service tasks independently.

Residential HVAC Systems
Advanced / Communicating Systems
Geothermal Systems
Water-Source Heat Pumps (High-Rise Work)
Wine Cellar Cooling Systems
High-Velocity/Small-Duct Systems
Electrical & Controls Proficiency
Refrigeration Diagnostics
Customer Communication & Leadership
