Responsibilities: Oversee daily construction, roofing and restoration operations including scheduling, project coordination, and project manager and crew management Manage all projects from kickoff through completion Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain workflow efficiency Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and safety compliance standards Serve as a key point of contact between field teams and company leadership Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements Monitor job profitability, gross profit margins, budgets, change orders, and production performance. Ensure complete and accurate job documentation in PSA, Encircle, Xatimate, and all company required systems, including photos, notes, change orders, and closeout documentation. Drive cash flow by ensuring projects are completed invoiced profitable and collected in a timely manner Own the timely completion of every project and eliminate production bottlenecks. Accountability-Lead and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and field teams through coaching, accountability and performance management. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in construction operations management or construction management Background in roofing, exteriors, or restoration is strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Xactimate Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Trinity Restoration/ Roofing and Exteriors
