Caregiver | Part-time

Overview We are looking for in-home caregivers to start immediately. Most positions are light duty and include meal prep, laundry, errands, companionship and light personal care. Positions average 20+ hours per week in Asheville, NC . We can start part-time and, if it’s a good fit for the caregiver and client, hours can be adjusted and increased over time. We are a small in-home care company serving seniors in the Greater Asheville and Hendersonville areas. Work is performed in private residences; duties include companionship, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping, light personal care, and errands. Flexible day and night shifts are available for both full- and part-time hours. All work is considered light duty with no heavy lifting required in a private home setting. A Federal Background Check must be passed to be hired. Training is available; experience is preferred but not required. Compensation is based on experience. Responsibilities Provide companionship and general supervision in private homes for senior clients. Prepare meals, assist with light meal prep tasks as needed. Assist with laundry, light housekeeping, and errands. Assist with light personal care as appropriate (no heavy lifting required). Follow client care plans and communicate effectively with families and supervisors. Maintain reliable schedule and transportation as needed. Qualifications Federal Background Check required (must be passable to be hired). Experience preferred but not required; willingness to train. Dependable transportation and reliability a must. No heavy lifting; comfortable working in private residences.
