The group you’ll be a part ofThe Customer Support Business Group focuses on enabling our customers with premier customer support throughout their lifecycle with Lam. We drive performance, productivity, safety, and quality of customers installed base performance and deliver service and lifecycle solutions for their most critical equipment and processes.The impact you’ll makeAs a Global Product Support Engineer at Lam, you're the backbone of technical support for field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel. Your expertise is crucial in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex semiconductor equipment. Your swift action in responding to situations is critical in resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction of Lam’s valued customers.What you’ll doJob ResponsibilitiesProcess/Productivity engineer who will provide technical support to field process engineers, and product support personnel that are troubleshooting Etch chambers for gaps in process capability, chamber matching, defect, and yield failure issuesReports process related enhancement, continuous design improvements to engineering groupSupports first in Fab customers with process qualificationProvides training Field Service engineers and provides BKM documentsTravel up to 15%Other Job ResponsibilitiesProfessionally represents the company to the customer. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role.
