Participate in training and continuing education programs in Think Thin/dysphagia, abilities‑care and dementia, stroke and neuro rehabilitation, respiratory and COVID recovery. Shadow experienced clinicians, contribute to leadership development, and help shape clinical and program direction. Support infection control practices to keep staff and residents safe.
