Job Duties:
- Oversee crew members by giving proper instruction and delegating tasks.
- Review and become familiar with the project schedule.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with management on manpower needs and scheduling.
- Enforce safety procedures.
- Report issues to appropriate person.
- Attend production meetings.
- Ensure quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience running commercial concrete jobs.
- Must be able to read blueprints/drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
