- Full-Time: 2nd Shift Openings
- Every Other Weekend: 1st & 2nd Shift
- 8-Hour Shifts (More Predictable Scheduling)
- +$3.40/hour HERO Pay
- 39-Bed Facility (Smaller, Team-Focused Environment)
- Provide hands-on resident care according to individualized care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, mobility, and safety
- Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe environment
- Take and document vitals and required charting
- Report any concerns or violations of residents' rights immediately
- Active CNA/STNA certification (required)
- Strong communication skills
- A service-minded attitude and willingness to learn
- Dependability and a positive, team-focused mindset
