Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: ASAP\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 8 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 5x8hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Jul 6, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 1\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab RN for a 13-week travel assignment requiring at least 1 year of recent intra-procedural cath lab experience and a compact or CO RN license.Details\n \n Cath Lab unit with 4 CV labs and a staff of 8\n Day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, either 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts\n Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2, though never guaranteed\n Performs LHC/RHC, congenital, vascular, and EP procedures on both pediatric and adult patients\n Uses GE cath lab equipment\n Charts in Mac Lab and Meditech EMR systems\n Weekly night call and rotating weekend call required\n On-call requirement of approximately 15 nights per month with roughly 10% chance of callback\n Requirements\n \n Active RN license (Compact or CO state license required)\n Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications\n Minimum 1 year of recent intra-procedural cath lab RN experience\n Minimum 1 year of current acute care cath lab RN experience\n EP experience and pediatric cath lab experience preferred\n No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months\n US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)\n One professional reference required (two required for Florida and Missouri)\n Additional Information\n \n Work in a unique cath lab performing a variety of cardiac, vascular, EP, and congenital procedures on both pediatric and adult patients\n Best suited for a positive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team player who communicates well at a high level\n Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility, as local candidates are not accepted\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-711535.
