Systems Engineering Manager

Sr. Manager, System Integration - Torrance, CA Pay Range: $ 135,000 - $145,000 Your Role As a Senior Manager, System Integration you will lead and scale enterprise system integration across our digital and operational platforms. You play a critical part in enabling business transformation by ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP, WMS, TMS, customer, and partner systems. You will combine strong technical integration expertise with program leadership, cross-functional influence, and a passion for operational excellence in complex environments. You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the integration of all operational and IT systems assuring data flows seamlessly between platforms, processes are aligned, and stakeholders have reliable, real-time information to run the event efficiently. What Are You Going To Do? Own the system integration strategy and roadmap Lead large-scale, multi-platform integration programs Partner with business, operations, and IT leaders to deliver scalable solutions Ensure integration stability, performance, and continuous improvement Lead high-impact teams and manage key technology partners What Are We Looking For? Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of work and education; or an equivalent combination of work experience 10+ years of system integration experience, with 5+ years in leadership Strong expertise in APIs, middleware, EDI, ETL, and cloud integrations Experience in logistics, supply chain, or complex enterprise environments (preferred) What Do We Have To Offer?
