This role partners with recruiters to implement creative sourcing strategies and expand candidate pipelines.A key focus of this position is supporting BayCare's RN Residency Program. The individual in this role must reside in the Tampa Bay area and be available to attend hiring events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities that support the program.We are seeking a highly organized professional who demonstrates excellent time management skills and is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.Additional responsibilities include:Conducting candidate screenings and scheduling interviewsPosting job openings and maintaining recruiting dataCoordinating travel arrangements for out-of-state candidatesConfirming interview logistics with candidates and hiring managersSupporting hiring events and recruitment initiativesAssisting with onboarding activities and administrative tasksMinimum QualificationsEducation:Bachelor's Degree required (or ability to obtain a Bachelor's Degree within one year)Experience :One (1) year of Human Resources experience orThree (3) years of experience interviewing candidatesPosition InformationFacility: BayCare Health System – Talent AcquisitionLocation: BayCare System Office WestStatus: PRN (Non-Exempt)Shift: Days (Shift 1)Weekend Requirement: NoneOn-Call Requirement: NoRemote Work: HybridBayCare Health System is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
