What You'll Be Doing

In this position, you'll do much more than address medical symptoms; you'll be a beacon of hope that revitalizes routines, rebuilds confidence, and rekindles joy in everyday activities. From assisting stroke survivors in fine motor rehabilitation to guiding orthopedic patients in regaining mobility post-surgery, you'll leverage your expertise to deliver patient-centered care that encourages resilience and autonomy.

This is not a typical clinical environment. Here, each patient tells a story, and every therapy session represents a chapter in their healing journey. You will closely collaborate with fellow therapists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to develop rehabilitation plans that are as distinct as each individual that comes through our doors.

Why You'll Love the Team - and the City That Inspires You

We have cultivated something extraordinary here. Our rehabilitation team goes beyond the traditional confines of treatment; we support each other, share insights, and celebrate both major milestones and small victories collectively. You'll discover a workplace where your contributions are valued, your development is nurtured, and your impact resonates each day.

And let's talk about the city: Chicago , a bustling hub of creativity and culture that tantalizes every sense. The skyline punctuates the sky, but there's much more. Picture the serene beauty of Lake Michigan, parks alive with activity, and the constant buzz of galleries, theatres, and food festivals.

The food scene is nothing short of legendary, from world-class deep-dish pizzas to numerous international cuisines. While the city attracts a myriad of creative minds, professionals, and innovators, it also allows for moments of peace and connection, whether it's in a neighborhood coffee shop or a vibrant street fair.

Who We're Looking For

If you view occupational therapy as a vocation rather than just a career, we want to hear from you. We seek someone who radiates joy when witnessing a patient regain movement, walk with less assistance, or express themselves for the first time after a setback.

Whether you are an established OTR/L or a freshly certified talent, you'll flourish here if you bring compassion, diligence, and a level of humility to your practice. If the thought of delivering exceptional care while enjoying a high quality of living resonates with you - you've found your new home.

Let's Create Something Impactful - Together

This is your invitation to be more than a job title. Here, your contributions will help shape futures, fuel recoveries, and restore what was lost. And you'll do it in a city known for its spirit of resilience and connection.

So, if you're ready to evolve, give back, and immerse yourself in a community that truly cares - we are excited to welcome you.
