Looking for a new Job Opportunity? Malone is hiring for a Quality Control Inspector position in Brunswick, GA.


Highlights:
-Starting Pay Rate: $13.00 -$15.00


Responsibilities:
-On all arriving vehicles, thoroughly and accurately survey vehicles, according to customer standards, for damage or shortage.
-Properly document and sticker damages, as well as complete manufacturer's survey form if necessary.
-Reconcile the survey with the survey results of independent survey companies, if necessary.
-Document warehouse and warranty damages occurring in their assigned area. -Also note any quality deficiencies as they occur.
-Complete audits of handling vehicles, installations or other operations as requested.
-In accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, inspect the proper installation of all accessories completed by the Production Shop; and inspect body and paint work completed by the Body Shop.
-Report to the QC Manager and Shop Manager recurrent or serious deficiencies as they occur.
-Provide timely and accurate information as necessary to other departments or Port Representatives regarding damages, defects, or shortages.
-Ensure a spotter is present when backing up vehicles.
-Maintain a safe working environment and follow all policies and procedures regarding safety.
-Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements:
-High School Diploma or GED
-Valid US Driver's License
-Obtain and maintain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC Badge) issued by the Department of Homeland Security
-Drive both automatic and straight shift vehicles.
