What You’ll Do: Engage with warm prospects through evening outreach Represent the firm at events, booths, and networking opportunities Coordinate and manage events from planning to execution Speak confidently with prospects about company offerings and prospectus Support Financial Advisors and Relationship Managers by setting qualified meetings Organize, track, and manage leads in CRM systems Follow up consistently and qualify prospects Identify and secure new event opportunities Collect and review prospect financial statements What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of sales experience Experience meeting prospects and setting appointments for Financial Advisors Strong interest in the financial industry and desire to become a fiduciary financial advisor Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Highly organized with CRM experience preferred Flexibility to work evening hours and travel for events Driven, coachable, and eager to grow into a Relationship Manager / Sales role Compensation: Performance‑based bonus tied to lead conversion Health insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Clear path to Relationship Manager Firm‑sponsored CFP®, CFA®, and licensing programs , including courses and exam support to advance your career and become a fiduciary advisor #J-18808-Ljbffr
