Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: $58.00/hour plus $11.00 paid for Federal Holidays (blended rate of $60.40/hr) and $5.42/hour toward health and wellness benefits

What You'll Do

• Operate and oversee the safe, efficient operation of CT and Angio imaging equipment
• Prepare contrast materials under radiologist supervision for various exams, including CT angiography, biopsies, and interventional procedures
• Accurately perform and complete imaging studies, ensuring high-quality images with minimal patient dose
• Review and interpret radiology requests for accuracy and appropriateness
• Maintain detailed electronic records of all exams and procedures
• Assist radiologists during procedures, ensuring sterile techniques and patient safety
• Monitor and report equipment malfunctions, ensuring optimal operation
• Follow infection control and safety policies to protect patients and staff
• Adapt exams based on individual patient conditions and body habitus
• Collaborate with medical staff to optimize patient care and exam efficiency

What You Need

Required:

• Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 2 years of experience with advanced CT applications
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic procedures
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot CT and Angio equipment
• CPR certification

Preferred:

• Experience with interventional radiology procedures
• Familiarity with CT dose optimization and safety protocols

The role includes performing diagnostic and interventional CT procedures, preparing contrast materials, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
