Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN Location: Colonial Nursing and Rehab- Crown Point, IN Revital Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Colonial Nursing and Rehab , a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Crown Point, PA. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapy services designed to improve residents’ independence, function, and overall quality of life.
