POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist In Charge to lead pharmacy operations in Bronx, New York. This is a full-time leadership opportunity responsible for overseeing pharmacy services, supervising pharmacy technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional patient care.

COMPENSATION

• Base Salary: $140,000 - $155,000 per year

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and evaluate prescriptions for appropriateness and legal compliance.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately and safely.
• Oversee medication inventory, stocking, storage, and labeling.
• Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates to ensure medication quality.
• Provide guidance and support to patients regarding medications and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient medication profiles and records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and applicable pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support Pharmacy Technicians in daily operations.
• Assist with staff performance management and scheduling.
• Communicate operational concerns and staffing needs to senior leadership.
• Perform additional duties as required to support pharmacy operations.

CERTIFICATIONS & LICENSURE
