What You’ll Do as a Shift Leader: As a Shift Leader at Milkcraft, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and fostering a positive atmosphere for both our team and customers. Your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting team members during your shift to ensure excellent customer service. Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cash handling and inventory management. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Addressing customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care. Motivating and coaching team members to meet performance goals and uphold company standards.
