Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our team. The hours are Monday to Friday from 7am until 3:30pm. The pay is $18.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


v Assists employees, vendors and clients by answering questions related to manufacturing, logistics and services.


v Attends production meetings and relay issues to client


v Receive and organize Sales Orders


v Utilize ERP/WMS & ASN portals to generate BOLs, labels, etc. for outbound shipments


v Coordinate outbound shipments with shipping/receiving personnel


v Post data to WMS & cloud portals- Shipment tracking, etc.


v Provide support to QC /Supervisors concerning vendor quality issues.


v Provide a clean organized work environment using Lean practices.


v Perform other duties as assigned.


v Manages all inbound calls

Qualifications


v Understanding of receiving report and need to run daily for next day preparation.


v General knowledge of "planning schedule", how to determine shortages, confirm pricing is correct on planning schedule and blanket p.o. to Vendor.


v Procurement background preferred


v Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel.


v Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
