Job Title: Travel Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days (6:45am - 7:15pm)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
On-Call: Required
Weekends & Holidays: Required
Compensation:

• Local Pay rate: $40 - $43/ hr on W2
• Travel Weekly Gross: $1570 to $1714/ week (includes taxable and non-taxable amount)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support a high-acuity surgical environment. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience, previous travel experience, and Level I Trauma experience. Candidates must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and surgical safety.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Ensure surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are available and sterile
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile technique throughout surgical cases
• Anticipate surgical team needs and provide instrumentation efficiently
• Handle surgical specimens according to policy
• Assist with room turnover and case preparation
• Participate in call coverage, weekend, and holiday schedules as assigned

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 Years Recent Surgical Technologist Experience
• Previous Travel Experience Required
• Level I Trauma Experience Required
• Strong Surgical Skills and High Skills Checklist Ratings Required
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Preferred
• Burn Experience Preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced trauma setting
