Insurance Sales Agent / Producer
Groundwork Advisors | Miramar, FL | Full-Time | Uncapped Commission

Groundwork Advisors is an independent Goosehead Insurance franchise in Miramar, FL, giving clients access to 70+ A-rated carriers instead of pushing one company’s product. We’re building our founding producer team.

What You’ll Do
• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, and marketing
• Consult with clients and recommend the right policy from our carrier network
• Quote, present, and close new personal line policies
• Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and referrals
• Meet and exceed monthly production goals
What We’re Looking For
• Active Florida 2-20 (or 4-40) license — or willingness to obtain one; we’ll support you through licensing
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred (insurance experience a plus, not required) Sales training will be provided by Goosehead so you are set up to succeed!
• Strong communicator, self-motivated, coachable, comfortable with commission-driven pace
