We are currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual English/Spanish) to join our team. Schedule Full‑time Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Thursday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Handle front‑desk traffic by managing appointment scheduling and maintaining clear office communication. Assist with incoming inquiries and help ensure customer information and records are accurate and up to date. Engage with prospective and existing customers in English and Spanish to identify needs and connect them with the right insurance options. Provide excellent customer service , including answering questions, setting expectations, and following up on customer needs. Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed. Maintain professionalism and energy during peak times—busy office, frequent walk‑ins, and multiple calls. Qualifications (Requirements) Must be fully bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Previous experience in a receptionist , front desk , or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, confident approach. Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable interacting with customers and participating in sales‑support conversations as needed. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn quickly). Reliable, punctual, and able to work with urgency and professionalism.
